Can I hire the venue for my own course?+
Facilitators and event organisers are welcome to contact us. Please share your dates, expected group size, programme, equipment needs and accommodation requirements so we can discuss the arrangements.
Can other dining arrangements be made?+
For Hakka dishes, nourishing meals or hotpot arrangements, please ask in advance about available options, group size and prices. Availability must be confirmed by our team.

Can I join if I have never tried singing bowls or gongs?+
Yes. Most introductory experiences require no previous experience. Please let us know in advance if you are sensitive to sound or have specific health concerns.
Can I book the whole property?+
Weekday Private Retreat含六间房，Up to 16人；Package 价格及包含Item见本页，适用Date与房态须经团队Confirm。
Can I join a gong sound session without staying overnight?+
If standalone gong sessions or related activities are available, ask whether guests who are not staying overnight can join. Dates, capacity and fees are subject to the activity announcement and team confirmation.
Are meals included in the packages?+
The Forest Reset Retreat includes 3 meals for 2 days/1 night or 6 meals for 3 days/2 nights, with one tea break included in each meal count. Weekday Private Retreat Package A includes 3 nourishing meals, and Package B includes 6. Please tell us about dietary requirements in advance.
Can I bring pets?+
Our pet policy must be confirmed based on the on-site environment and safety conditions. Please contact us before booking.
What should I bring?+
Bring comfortable outdoor shoes, insect repellent, personal toiletries and everyday essentials. For specific forest or sound activities, follow the activity notice for any additional items to bring.
What happens if it rains?+
Forest activities depend on weather and on-site conditions. If outdoor activities cannot proceed safely, we will confirm whether arrangements need to change. Please check cancellation or rescheduling terms for specific activities before signing up.
