Please arrange for your group to meet at the foot of the hill between 1pm and 3pm. We will contact you on the morning of arrival to confirm your arrival time and coordinate transfers.
If you arrive uphill at 1pm, enjoy a walk or a rest while your room is prepared. Room check-in begins at 3pm. On departure day, please have your luggage ready by noon for the downhill transfer.
Meeting Point & Getting Here
Shui Mu Living is in the forested hills of Balik Pulau. Guests driving themselves park at the meeting point at the foot of the hill and take an arranged transfer uphill. The exact parking location and map pin are shared after your booking is confirmed.

Stay packages include one uphill and one downhill transfer. Additional transfers are charged per vehicle, per trip—not per guest.

Cancellation & Date Changes

Bookings are non-refundable, but you may request one date change. New dates are subject to our confirmation and room availability.
